If you place your order over the phone, an order

Changes TO Orders & Returns
Call us immediately if a change in your order is necessary. We can make changes to items that have not yet shipped.
Gift item order on our site are always shipped out in perfect condition however, due to means beyond our control, occasionally gift item may be damaged during shipment. In this case, please contact us right away so the call ticket can be issued to pick up the damaged item and a replacement gift shipped.

Personalized Items....
Please double check the spelling and personalized information! Personalized item may only be returned if they are defective, or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized item. Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Allow 4-5 days processing time for most personalized items.
